Shahnaz Hamade
Founder, Harmonie Consulting
Salam, I'm Shahnaz — a Lebanese-American executive coach based in Dearborn, Michigan. I work with Arab women leaders who carry a lot — at work, at home, in their communities — and who are often so busy holding everything together that they forget to ask: who's holding me?
I've spent over 10 years in HR and leadership roles, and the last 5+ years coaching women 1:1. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally rooted — because I know our culture, our families, and our expectations aren't the same as everyone else's.
"Protecting your energy isn't selfish — it's leadership."
At Sáķïna, here's what I'll be sharing with you:
Doaa Farhat
Self-Empowerment & Healing Coach | TFT Practitioner | Somatic Breathwork Facilitator
Salam, I'm Doaa — a Lebanese-American coach, and I work with Arab women all over the world, especially in the GCC. I spent a decade in corporate pharmacy before I followed my heart and built a practice around healing — because I know what it's like to feel disconnected from yourself.
I'm a certified TFT Practitioner (Callahan Techniques) and Somatic Breathwork Facilitator. My work is all about helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and feel safe in your body again.
"SELF-EXPRESSIONIS
LIVING LIFE IN FULL CIRCLE, IS WHERE YOUR OUTER WORLD BECOME THE BLUEPRINT OF YOUR INNER SPACE."
At Sáķïna, here's what I'll be sharing with you:
Behind every session at SÁĶÏNA RETREAT is a woman who has lived what she teaches. Shahnaz and Doaa aren't just facilitators — they're the ones holding space, asking the right questions, and walking beside you for all 3 days.
“
You're Allowed to Be Guided.
Let Shahnaz and Doaa take it from here.
Your space, your view, your home for 3 days.

A Journey of Healing Begins With a Single Step.
Yours starts here.
A few honest answers before you decide.
What's the point of a wellness retreat?
A wellness retreat provides you an opportunity to escape your busy life and refocus on yourself. A wellness retreat gives you the break you seek from vacay but adds the missing pieces that help you feel relaxed and refreshed. SÁĶÏNA RETREAT is all about balance so we find the perfect blend of zen and joy. We take care of the yoga, meditation, and workshop curriculum to give you a moment to slow down and tap into the stillness within. All you have to do is show up and be open to receive.
Do I have to be good at yoga + meditation + TFT to go?
Absolutely not! Our wellness retreat is created with the yoga + meditation & TFT newbie in mind. Because of the immersive nature of a retreat, you learn more in less time. Our intention is for you to leave with enough experience to incorporate yoga + meditation + TFT AKA (Thought Field Therapy) into your daily life.
What are the empowerment workshops like?
Many women are disconnected from themselves and have lost touch with their inner space. The purpose of our workshops is to provide women the resources to reconnect with themselves through group discussion, women circles, individual journal prompts, and group meditations. Our workshops focus on reigniting or strengthening the inner-connection by taking an honest assessment of current life circumstances and providing the right questions and space for attendees to explore endless possibilities.
What will I benefit from this retreat?
Peace. Serenity. A moment to pause and reflect, to connect with your breath. New knowledge of how to use yoga + meditation & TFT in your daily life. Sisterhood and connection with other like-minded women. Tools to help you create work/life balance and feel more centered. Practical ways to use the power of intention. Your own definition of health. At SÁĶÏNA RETREAT we understand physical + mental + spiritual + emotional + energetical wellness are key to unlocking your best self. We want to empower you to live an intentional life and radiate health from the inside out. We want to guide you get clear about your blocks, your purpose, and inspire you to continue your wellness journey.
What should I pack for this retreat?
We suggest you dress for comfort. We'll be on the property during the retreat. We'll have yoga & somatic classes so come prepared with comfortable, loose-fitting clothes for those classes. Wear comfortable shoes as you'll want to walk the lovely property during the day, and bring a jacket so you can sit out at night by the fire pit to enjoy the stars. At the cacao ceremony the dress code will be white, so please arrange for that — any style you prefer is fine. (Yoga mats will be provided.)
What if I have an injury or disability?
We are committed to making each guest feel comfortable and safe. We have a section on the registration form for you to share any injuries or concerns. Please make sure that SÁĶÏNA partners are notified four weeks in advance.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
This is something we handle with ease. We have a section on our registration contract form asking you to share these details with us, and then we privately share them with the chef so she can accommodate it.
